Mentorships: See It To Be It

We invite neurodivergent women with experience of working life to share their personal and career journeys with girls. Honest conversations can introduce different industries, show how people navigate choices and challenges, and help girls explore their own direction.

Share Your Journey: Speak authentically about your career path and embracing your neurodivergent identity.
Broaden Horizons: Expose girls to professions and vocational possibilities they may have never considered.
Build Life Skills: Provide practical guidance on workplace communication and independent living.

Facilitators & Volunteers: Guide the Journey

Our programs thrive on the energy and dedication of our community. We are looking for passionate facilitators and volunteers to help run our Petal - Girls Club, assist with indoor and outdoor life-skills activities, and support our interactive workshops. Whether you are an educator, a professional in specialized therapy, or someone with a heart for youth empowerment, your presence helps create a safe, neuro-affirming space.

Support indoor and outdoor life-skills activities.

Career exposure and mentoring: Share industry experience, arrange workplace visits or discuss suitable internship and employment opportunities with us.
Inclusive hiring and working practices: Review role requirements, interview communication, onboarding guidance and everyday support together, making room for different strengths.
