About Us

Meet Petal

Supporting neurodivergent girls and young women to discover their strengths, build connections and grow at their own pace.

Who We Are

A Hong Kong foundation focused on a hidden demographic

Brown Rice Livelihood Foundation Limited, whose girls’ club is known as Petal, is a Hong Kong charitable foundation recognised as tax-exempt under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (IRD Ref. No. 91/13427).

Our singular mission is to empower neurodivergent girls to recognise their strengths and build independent, healthy, and connected lives. Brown Rice focuses on neurodivergent girls because they represent a hidden demographic that is systematically underestimated and neglected by mainstream support structures. We are here to change that narrative.
