Supporting growth, opening possibilities
To support neurodivergent girls to recognise their strengths, build connections and prepare for the transition from school to work and greater independence. We also work with schools, employers and communities to create environments that understand their needs and respect their choices.

See beyond the surface
Neurodivergent girls’ needs can be easy to miss. Some girls mask their differences to fit in; being quiet, sociable or academically capable does not necessarily mean a girl feels supported. We start with her own experience to understand what growing up feels like for her.
Make support part of everyday life
Through community, practical learning and mentoring, we help girls recognise their strengths and express what they need. Alongside this personal support, we work with schools, employers and communities to create more inclusive places to learn, work and belong.
